How to remove a registrant account

If you need to remove a registrant and their entire registration history from your database, please follow the instructions below:

Steps to Remove a Registrant Account

  1. From your TRS admin dashboard, click on User Accounts on the left side panel.
  2. In the search bar, type in the registrant's last name or email address
  3. Click Search
  4. Find their user account in the list
  5. Click on the user account to view their details
  6. Look for the Delete Account or Remove Account option
  7. Confirm the deletion when prompted
Important Note

Removing a registrant account will permanently delete all their registration history and cannot be undone. Please ensure this is the correct action before proceeding.
