How to remove a registrant account
If you need to remove a registrant and their entire registration history from your database, please follow the instructions below:
Steps to Remove a Registrant Account
- From your TRS admin dashboard, click on
User Accounts
on the left side panel. - In the search bar, type in the registrant's last name or email address
- Click
Search
- Find their user account in the list
- Click on the user account to view their details
- Look for the
Delete Account
orRemove Account
option - Confirm the deletion when prompted
Important Note
Removing a registrant account will permanently delete all their registration history and cannot be undone. Please ensure this is the correct action before proceeding.
