How to quickly cancel one registration

When you need to look up a registrant's record quickly, simply go your TRS admin dashboard and locate the Quick Search bar on the top left corner. Type in the volunteer's last name or email address (do not use full name), then you should find the user record and all the registrations for that volunteer/registrant.

When you remove shifts from a registrant's schedule, the system doesn't automatically notify them. When you add new shifts to a registrant's schedule, the system will automatically resend the confirmation email with their updated schedules (the same confirmation email that you set up in Page Settings).
