Users vs Registrations

Each volunteer in TRS can have:

  • One user account (associated with 1 email address)
  • Multiple registrations (for multiple events/sites)

If you need to do the following:

  • Update a volunteer's schedules
  • Update their profile
  • Cancel their registration
  • Add a note
  • View their payment history
  • View their email history
  • Login as them to view their Dashboard

➡️ You need to view & edit their registration for an event. Find instructions in the registrations section of this documentation.

If you need to do the following:

  • Change a volunteer's email address
  • Remove their extra email
  • Register them for an event
  • View their email history for all events
