Users vs Registrations
Each volunteer in TRS can have:
- One user account (associated with 1 email address)
- Multiple registrations (for multiple events/sites)
If you need to do the following:
- Update a volunteer's schedules
- Update their profile
- Cancel their registration
- Add a note
- View their payment history
- View their email history
- Login as them to view their Dashboard
➡️ You need to view & edit their registration for an event. Find instructions in the registrations section of this documentation.
If you need to do the following:
- Change a volunteer's email address
- Remove their extra email
- Register them for an event
- View their email history for all events
