Determine report you need

If you want to:

  • Check capacity status for specific activities, time slots, and locations
  • Check total signed up out of maximum slots per activity, time slot, and location

If you want to:

  • View & send email/SMS to specific groups of volunteers
  • View the total based on specific responses (e.g: small shirt size)
  • Resend confirmation with schedules
  • Cancel registrations
  • View volunteers' information (shirt size, hours, emergency contact, etc.)
